Summer days drifting away…

So the Summer is coming to a close and for the first time since I was a little shit running around with snot hanging out of my nose, I don?t want it to end. I don?t want to rant as if this is a year-end review but I think I?ve leaned more this year then I?ve ever in the past few.

One thing I?ve leaned is that biking to your destination has got to be the best thing. For instance, it?s great for exercise; it?s a money saver (I shouldn?t have to take a cab); its great for the environment and it?s a time saver. Why can?t more people see the benefits of the bike?

This year I haven?t been to as many shows as I have been, I can count on one hand how many shows I?ve been to this year whereas last year I was averaging at least two shows a week. Believe me, I love music; I love it even more live but it can get pretty expensive, and now with my old age, getting up in the morning after a show that ended at 2 sucks. It?s beginning to be like choosing a movie to see. Is it really worth my 10.50 to see this crap? Who knows? I?m getting old, bla bla bla.

I?ve also learned that the beach is a shit-load of fun, even though I went three times this year (more then any other year) I was like a little kid running into the ocean, making sand drip castles, which I?ve never heard of till Kel-isious showed me how its done.

Oh right and another thing about this summer, the important piece that has made it great, Kel-isious. That?s right, ladies I?m not taking any more applications. Without this one I would never break my hermitude.

I also learned that Grandmothers are not indestructable.

Now all I need is a job?
